When you contact me via the contact form on this website your entries are emailed directly to me at enquiries@pianodaisy.info, where they are password protected and accessed only by me. A copy of the message will also be stored in my email hosting provider Ions 1and1, by on the website server provided wix.com, in most cases dating back to when each form was created. The website server is accessible by the website hosting company for PianoDaisy. They never access or share this data other than by request from Joanne Bergin and both companies adhere to the GDPR and DPA.

 

By completing my contact form page and submitting it you agree to me contacting you about PianoDaisy's services. You will not be added to any mailing lists and will only be contacted by me personally in relation to your enquiry. Your personal details will not be used for any marketing purposes nor will they be passed onto any third parties. They will only be stored in the email generated by this contact form which will be filed in the email account for PianoDaisy which can only be accessed by me.

I take great care in keeping any personal data stored on my systems safe. PianoDaisy holds the following personal data of clients:

• addresses

• phone numbers

• email addresses 

within soft copy contracts as well as any documents relating to ‘wedding day details’ details. Contracts and day details are safely stored within my password protected home office PC and backed up to both encrypted external hard drives, and cloud storage.

I adopt a safe and responsible Social Media Policy. While I may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify the authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. I will never ask for personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media. If you do not wish for any aspects of your day to be used on social media, you must advice PianoDaisy in advance.

At times I may display photographs to promote PianoDaisy on my website and blog, on social media, on wedding blogs, on music related websites, in exhibitions, in advertising, brochures, magazine articles and other such material, providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage to PianoDaisy's client(s).
