Playing from the age of 5, Joanne was privileged enough to study under the immensely-talented concert pianist Reginald Blackburn, for more than 20 years.

Achieving every pianoforte ABRSM exam at Distinction, scoring 140+/150 for both Grades 7 and 8 before the age of 18, Joanne went on to study at St Catherine's and Notre Dame College, now Liverpool Hope University.

Joanne also has diplomas and accreditations for accompaniment, teaching and performance, setting the foundations for the professional pianist she is.

​

PianoDaisy was founded in 2009, becoming hugely successful having played at hundreds of weddings and events, and loved every one of them; Joanne has had the pleasure of playing at the most exclusive venues across the North of England and Wales along the way, as well as Blenheim Palace.

Joanne was asked to play for Her Majesty the Queen in 2018!
